Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Support
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain a positive and professional approach toward customers.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Sales & Retention
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Assist in achieving sales and retention targets.
Feedback & Process Improvement
Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve services.
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Any degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Experience: 1+ years in customer service, relationship management, or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
