Position- Customer Relationship Executive
We are looking for Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will act as the first point of contact for customers interested in CIDCO homes. The position requires handling inquiries, resolving application-related issues, and coordinating with sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers interested in CIDCO homes.
- Provide detailed information about CIDCO housing schemes, locations, and the application process.
- Assist customers in filling out online application forms and ensuring that required documents are submitted correctly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the application process, including grievances post-launch.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth execution of the customer interaction process.
- Support field activities within the designated cluster, requiring quick mobility on two-wheelers for in-person customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the system with new customer information and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written).
- Must own a two-wheeler for quick movement between locations within the cluster.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts with a formal dress code.
Working Hours:
- 9 Hours Flexible Shifts
- Rotational shifts and one weekly day off.
