We're on the lookout for energetic and driven individuals to fill Executive roles in our CRM division!

Role: Executive

Location: Bangalore, Corporate Office

Experience: 0-2 years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Attending calls on daily basis

- Assisting customers (Daily Basis) via Chats/Messages/Calls/Emails

- Responsible to communicate with the customers on timely basis

- Manages Support Contact for all the Esteemed customers

- Building & maintaining profitable relationships with the customers

- Handling all complaints at first Level.

- Directly Reported to Sr. Executives.

- Welcome mails and calls on daily basis.

Minimum Requirement

Graduate

Fresher/Experienced

Good Communication Skills

Composing Mails, Handling and Revert (Good writing skill)

Soft Spoken
