Looking For Customer Relationship Executive (Female Candidates Required)

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our real estate business. The BDE will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring our company's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the real estate market.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand clients' needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

Present and promote real estate properties to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable terms for the company.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities for senior management.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
