What we are looking for?

We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-centric and customer-focused FRESHER to join our Team. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Ultimately, you will play a role in establishing our reputation as a company that offers exceptional support to our customers by providing the best customer service experience.
