Answer all calls that comes to retail space - Provide guidance and information over the phone to help them purchase electric scooter.

Initial meet and greet - welcome customers who enter retail space - offer assistance and guide them to aproduct specialist if required.

Attend inbound calls and provide suitable assistance / guidance to potential customers.
