THE JOB ENTAILS:
Pursuing new sales prospects, converting deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
1. End-to-end sales lead nurturing process involving -
-Reaching out to prospective home-buyers who show an interest in our offerings.
-Convey complete and accurate project information to help customers make the best decision.
-Set up meetings and site visits with potential home-buyers.
-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
-Accurately record customer demographics and sales related information digitally.
-Perform a needs assessment for each customer to recommend appropriate solutions (pre and post sale.)
2. Post-Sale Services-
-Efficiently coordinating with different departments to help complete the post sale formalities.
3. Relationship Management-
-Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner while addressing any queries.
-Offer timely and adequate redressal of customer grievances, if any.
-Understand and demonstrate the brand ideals/values in all dealings with our existing or prospective customers.
4. Other Responsibilties-
-Offer informative assistance to channel partners/brokers.
-Organize and assist in promotional events.

Education/Experience in Sales/Customer Support.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Proficiency in English
