1. Required Experience

• Total experience (Year wise) : Minimum 2 years

• Experience Work wise in capacity of : Self –correspondent, customer relations

• Preferred Industry/ Company : Any

2. Key Job Responsibilities:

• Handling correspondence

• Handling customers for subscription renewals and follow ups for pending renewals (calling)

• Creation of Dongles of Excus and sending updates to customers

Any other specific information required for the candidate:

• Good command on written and spoken English

• Typing Speed 50-60 words per minutes.

• Preferably from Delhi
