Job Description

 Ensuring regular contact with existing customers to maintain company’s presence.

 Call with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships

 Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with customers.

 Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.

 Co-ordinate with internal team to address clients’ needs and increase the customer relationship

 Prepare & send the quotation to customers for AMC or Cloud services renewal and do the follow-up.

 Identify the opportunity at each customer side or check with customers for any requirements or propose our other offerings or modules to them
