Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relations Manager to oversee our client relations and enhance the overall customer experience. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of real estate processes, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Local candidate is preferable.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and existing buyers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and guidance throughout their real estate transactions.

- Oversee the sales process from follow-up, property viewing, closing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Addressing any issues that may arise during the sales process in a professional and efficient manner.

- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of common areas and amenities within the residential society. Coordinating with maintenance staff or external service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.

- Collaborate closely with sales & property management teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Resolve buyers complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and foster long-term loyalty.

- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Proven experience in customer relations or client management or after sale service within the real-estate industry.
