Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring a seamless experience. You will address customer concerns, provide product information, and enhance overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support.

Assist customers with inquiries about our unique products and services.

Address and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments (such as sales, operations, and product teams) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Provide product and service information to customers and offer solutions that meet their needs.

Track customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Handle customer feedback and ensure continuous improvements in service.
