We are hiring Customer Quality Manager for our MNC client at Shenzen - China.
Position Title: Customer Quality Manager
Reporting To: Plant Quality Manager
Location: Shenzhen Plant 6 to 1 year then move to Ganzhou
General tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage internal, Advanced Warehouses, Customer claims, and Warranty Quality issues
- Identify root cause and define permanent corrective and Preventive actions
- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to IATF
- Improve the Quality Performance KPIs in daily, weekly, and Monthly basis
- Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as FMEA, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing).
- Participate in cross-functional teams in new Launches and in Serial Projects
- Lead Customer quality audits and ensure Process and Product Audits are conducted
- Contribute to the department Company improvement activities through lessons learned.
People Management
- Lead and support groups of quality Supervisors and Quality Engineers.
- Train and Provide guidance to other team members.
Skills & Attributes:
- Fluent communication in English with overseas Customers
- Champion in Problem Solving: 8D, A3, Fishbone, 5Whys, DMAIC
- Mastery of VW Group CSR: Formel Q, VDA, VDA Process Audit, VDA Product Audit
- Strong knowledge of Quality Tools: APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA,
- Mastery of quality systems IATF16949
- Lean Six Sigma Certification is highly preferred
- Understanding of cost and financial impacts.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: Around 22K GBP Possible Increase by 2 to 3K GPB after Probation
Bonus Range: 500 USD Illegible after Probation
Housing: Arranged by Company
Probation: 3 to 6 Months to be decided in the offer
Experience Range 5-7 years in Mechanisms Auto industry,
Qualification should be Degree,
