Job Description
The Business Process Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of customer solutions for a company that provides assignments for students studying abroad and research consulting services. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the company, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, and managing resources effectively to meet customer requirements. In addition, the Business Process Manager will also be responsible for resolving queries from clients, customers, and employees, as well as identifying and pursuing new market targets to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in business administration or a related field
· 2+ years of experience in business process management, preferably in a customer-facing role
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
· Experience in the education, consulting, IT or research industry
· Experience in market research and client acquisition a plus
The detailed process of Hiring is as follows
1. Selection process has several written tests as well as technical and personal round interviews to understand the candidate’s competency in various domains of Information technology and computer science
2. There will be a CTC of 5,00,000- 6,00,000 per annum.
3. The job location is in Delhi. The candidate applying must be ready to relocate to Delhi.
