Job Description for Customer Interaction Executive (International Voice Process)

Job Description:
1. Make verification to the international clients (UK/US Clients)
2. Verifying the data with the international clients.
3. Maintaining evidence of client verification reports.
4. Provide exceptional client service.
5. Assist with various special projects as needed
6. Maintaining appropriate data of daily tasks.
Requirement:
1. Effective communication skills (good communication skills is mandatory)
2. Experience in handling international Clients will be considered as a plus point.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
4. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
5. Any qualifications SSC/HSC/Any graduate/Any Diploma/Certifications will do.
6. Can join on immediate basis
Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai.
Designation: Customer interaction Executive (International Voice Process)
Experience: 0-4 yrs. (Fresher with good English communication skills can also apply)
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts and Night Shifts (Only for Male Candidates) Night Allowance will be provided by the company.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday's and Second Saturday's are Fixed Off)
