We are looking for “ Customer Growth Executive” in Chennai who will be working for relationship building
Job Description
To build relationships with apartment’s associations in and around Chennai
Building and maintaining strong relationships with apartment’s facility management / associations/ administrators.
To negotiate on any cost relating to the advertisements and marketing activities that will be contacted in the apartments.
Ensure satisfaction of the apartment’s customer’s needs. And upsell and cross sell our services if needed.
To do cold calling to be in regular contact and follow up with the apartment’s associations.
Onboard customers through cold calling and do necessary follow up for the payments and renewals.
Nourish the customer’s growth according to the partner’s growth.
Responsible for the cluster growth and will be the point of contact of the customers in cluster.
Requirements :
Working experience in field sales/ business development for at least 1 year. Preferably worked related to growth in gated community is high desirable
The work will have 30 % of travel and we require someone to be flexible for traveling across the city.
Any graduation or diploma degree is required.
