Job Title: Executive – Customer Experience
Location – Work From Office (WFO)- Noida/Gurugram/Haldwani, Work From Home (WFH)
Nature of Engagement : Full-time or Part-time
For WFH – Laptop/Desktop with good configuration, Stable Internet connection, Headset is required.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Executive! We're looking for individuals for handling customer queries via inbound
and outbound calls to help resolve issues or manage sales leads for products or services of top Indian
Corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Lead Generation Process –
Converse with potential customers and identify their needs and provide clarifications to their queries on
products or services and motivate them to purchase the product or services of our clients.
Customer Support-
Provide voice and email based support to customers for their queries, work on resolving complaints as
soon as possible and thus ensure higher customer satisfaction.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent conversation skills in Hindi & English. Based on customer preference you should be bale
switch between Hindi and English with ease.
• Understanding of business writing skills
• Good command over written communication in English
• Basic Computer Knowledge with typing speed of at least 35 to 40 wpm.
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate
Experience: Freshers as well as Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
