1) Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
2) Troubleshooting desktop hardware and software-related issues.
3) Installation & configuration of network Printer & Scanner & troubleshoot the issue of the printer.
4) Troubleshooting laptop with installation and configuration of the laptop.
5) Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
6) Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
7) Hands-on experience with any types of Windows OS like Windows 10 & troubleshoot the OS issue.
8) Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
9) Working knowledge of office products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
10) Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems
11) Knowledge of network security practices and handle any anti-virus.
12) Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
13) Support using Active Directory to create or delete accounts, password resets, clean up
14) Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers, OU structure understanding
15) Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
16) Ability to perform operation in domain environment joining of the system in domain
17) Hands-on experience on Windows Server platform support: 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019
18) Skils of OS installation & any MS-Office, Outlook Configuration, Office 365
19) Able to handle issues independently and suggest/implement a services improvement plan.
20) Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools downloading from OEM website, Backup and Restore knowledge
21) Handle customer complaints and resolving issues like no connectivity, slow browsing the internet, mail send and receive problem
22) Hands-on experience on Servers physically.
23) Able to communicate with vendor, customer & users as well.
24) Good communication (both verbal and written) skills.
