Eligibility Criterion -
1. Must have voice support process experience (customer service/key account management/seller support/supplier support) [FRESHERS WITH GOOD PERSONALITY & COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS CAN APPLY AS WELL]
2. Work experience in e-commerce processes such as Flipkart, Amazon, eBay, Meesho, etc. is preferred
3. Must have proper employment documents such as offer, payslip/bank statement & release/experience letter (if experienced).
4. FLUENT IN ENGLISH & HINDI, BOTH.
5. Must be comfortable with Work from Office mode.
Interview Process-
