Managing inbound calls, booking flight and train tickets for International customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 06 Months of International BPO experience, strong communication skills, and customer orientation.

- Shift: Night shift with fixed rostered offs.
