Shift Timings 6 day a week 9 Hrs rotational shift

Salary 18k to 20k a month in hand

Additional Benefits - 1500/- per month

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to handle customer orders and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, assisting customers with menu selections, placing orders accurately, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.

Assist customers in placing orders and resolving inquiries.

Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.

Accurately input orders into the system and coordinate with the kitchen or delivery team.

Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven customer support experience or experience

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school diploma
