Job Summary:

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about company policies, services, and market trends to provide up-to-date information to clients.
