Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.

Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to the clients.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about company policies, services, and market trends to provide up-to-date information to clients.
