Job Description

• Excellent command over the English language with no MTI.

• Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone in a professional and friendly manner.

• Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.

• Gather and document customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in services.

• Communicate customer insights and suggestions to the relevant departments to enhance service quality.

• Participate in team meetings to share experiences, challenges, and best practices.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve personal skills and knowledge.

• Ensure all customer data is accurately entered and maintained in the customer support database.
