Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone in a professional and friendly manner.

Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.

Gather and document customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in services.

Communicate customer insights and suggestions to the relevant departments to enhance service quality.

Participate in team meetings to share experiences, challenges, and best practices.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve personal skills and knowledge.

Ensure all customer data is accurately entered and maintained in the customer support database.
