Salary: 11,300/- Take home (Stipend + Incentive)

Post-Certification Bonus: 250 (One-time, after Certification clearance)

Incentives:

Retention Bonus (Monthly)

90 to 180 Days: 500

180 to 270 Days: 750

270 to 365 Days: 1,000

365 Days & Above: 1,200

Performance Incentives (Monthly): 2,000

Shift Timings:

Boys: Rotational Shifts

Girls: 6 AM to 8 PM (Any 9-hour shift)

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
