About the role:
Customer service officer are mainly responsible for answering customer questions through a variety of means, such as online chats, email, or phone calls. When a customer contacts a company, customer service officers are usually their first point of contact. They answer any questions the customer may have and then redirect them to the appropriate team or department..
Responsibilities: • Handling walk-in Customers issue with mobile handset.
• Coordinate with the Service team and the management team.
• Staying up to date with product or service features.
• Responsible for Recording transactions and stock levels & processing customer’s payments.
Candidate requirements:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Should have a good Communication skills & Professional appearance.
• Outgoing and friendly personality & Customer-oriented approach.
• Proven working experience as a Customer Care Officer.
