Listening to the customer complaint, registering the same and providing solutions by Phone or by service person Visit.
Fixing the appointment with the customer and ensuring that’s met by the team to complete satisfaction of the customer
Registering the complaints on a sequence/division wise and product wise
Maintaining the cost involved for servicing the machines with details of the spares changed ( Job Card for service).
Keeping track on the warranty periods and AMC
Service engineers’ schedules are to be planned and make them to adhere the schedule.
Following the schedule of AMC & reminders for Renewal
Identifying the unsolved issues, discussing with the team for solution, if not required need to contact the supplier / Factory for further assistance. Based on the complaint register and the nature of the complaint service call will allocated to the service Engineers and the same to be informed to the customer .In case the timelines are not met need to inform and get the customers concurrence about the change
Regarding Installations, Inter acting with the dispatch team and sales support team need to be planned and executed
Maintaining the Service records of the service done and installation executed.
