As a Customer Care Manager at Bhatia & Company, you will be responsible for managing the overall customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration or Automobile/Mechanical engineering will be preferred.
Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the automotive industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage a team of customer care representatives and provide ongoing coaching and training.
