We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who has a passion for working beyond the limit!!!

Ltd. is an Audio Visual Animated CD & Software Company for CBSE, ICSE & IGCSE which helps students to build success stories by making study easy, interesting, and enjoyable & memorable. The CD contains teachings of experts in their field who have encompassed every aspect of their respective subject in great detail. All concepts are simplified for better understanding. Animated clips and story board is used to make the learning more effective.

Designation: Customer Care Executive

Experience: 6months -5 Yrs

Location: Mumbai (Thane)

Joining Period: Immediate-15 Days

Function: Handles all customer queries in a professional manner, Gives solution to them & forward to respective department for solution and should see towards customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Attend calls from customer & understand their requirement.

· After understanding the customer requirement give them a solution.

·If solution is not sufficient through phone call, send query to Hardware Or Software Guy.

·Also if the customer query is about courier status them let them know & also inform to dispatch team .

·Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query.

· Handle calls on IVR System.

· Make sure about customer satisfaction.

· Quick response to customer

· Making report as suggested from Senior.

· Basic greetings skill on phone.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Educational Qualification:

HSC or Any Graduate

Required Skills:

· Presentable & Confident & Bold

· Communication Skills

· Good Product knowledge

· Reporting To Seniors

Should be willing to work as a team without time limit

Should have patience

Service oriented
