—Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve their queries.

—Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

—Closing the calls with increased customer satisfaction

—Less Average Resolution Time.

—Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

—Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
