• Minimum 1-year Experience in handling inbound calls and customer care.

• Good presentation and receiving inbound calls

• Excellent Communication Skills in ENGLISH, HINDI, and any local or regional language.

• Computer Knowledge of Office of high proficiency and Pdf is a pre-requisite.

• Minimum 12th Standard Pass but Graduate is Preferable.

• Zeal to learn the latest social media promotion and handling social campaign along with regular work
