Roles and Responsibilities:
Help customers with technical & billing related queries
Reply and manage customer support ticket on our Support Desk
Reply to customers emails
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Coordinate with other teams to make sure customer queries are resolved; provide consultation to potential & interested clients.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Convince Customer to purchase product
Help them to choose product
Desired Candidate Profile :
The candidate has to be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.(Telugu Preferred)
Required Candidate profile:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Excellent English/Telugu language skills
Should have own two wheeler/car.
Should have good work ethics and follow ups.
Ability to convince and convert leads into customers.
Providing complete information to clients.
A peoples person and a ready go- getter.
Analytical bent of mind and strong judgmental attributes.
