• Handling Walk in Customer to make them convince to buy existing Designs.

• Tele-call to the customer to make them aware about platform and invite them to visit our website

• Tele-call to the customer to make sale over call

• Dealing with incoming email, chats and calls.

• Correspond on behalf of the management.

• Create sales material to present to customers.

• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales

• Understand the customer jewellery requirement and give them proper solution.

• Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

• Have good communication skills (Marathi / Hindi / English Languages).

• Noting important details of each conversation
