Responsibilities and Duties

• Make Outbound Calls to Australian Customers with An Objective of Describing the Various Products and Packages and Convincing Them to Subscribe to Their Services.

• Meet Operational Kpis Which have Been Assigned By the Senior Management

• Assist Supervisors, Meeting Their Sla’s and Team Targets.

• Ensure that all Process Knowledge and Instructions are Adhered To.

job Eligibility :

• brilliant Communication Skills.

• candidates Having Experience in International Bpo, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, International Sales, International Voice Process, International Call Centers Preferred.

• freshers with Brilliant Spoken English are Welcome.
