Job Responsibilities:

Manage large number of incoming calls from customers

Resolve the customer queries and complaints in time limit

Provide full and correct information to customers on product and meet the customer satisfaction

Upsell the company products and services to achieve the target

Required Skills:

Good communication

Excellent command over English & Hindi language

Familiar with computer system
