Job Profile- Work From Office - Customer Support Associate

Candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills.

Both Freshers as well as experience candidates having Minimum 0-6 months of experience can apply.

Undergraduates with 1 year of experience, Graduates, Post Graduates can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction

To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers

Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base

Document in detail all interactions with customers

Effectively articulate information to customers

Educate customers on products. Help customers to be successful

Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of up/cross selling products and services

Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, and NPS.

Salary Offered: 13k-20k per month.
