Job Description

Position: Customer Care Executive - Freshers & Experienced

Location: Hyderabad- Ranigunj (Work from Office)

Qualification: undergraduate/Graduate

Languages: English and Hindi with good communication

Languages required: Telugu, Hindi, English.

Experience: Fresher / Experience

Salary: 14,400 to 28,300 CTC per month

(Salary depends up on the interview performance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Translator/Transcriber responsibilities include reading/listening to audios and thoroughly

understanding the context of a given material

● Using specialized dictionaries and translation tools and proofreading finished pieces of work

● Also, they will be responsible in identification of intents and tagging of words to specific

entities as per the guidelines shared.

● Handle queries of customers through chat & call

● Handle queries through inbound calls of premium customers
