Medplus Hiring Customer Care Executive (Marketing)

* Answering the calls from customers and help them with their problems that they are facing with purchased products or services.

* Answering the customer calls professionally and by following the set standards & Call ethics.

* Provide the all the required information to the customers regarding the products and services.

*Entering the call and customer information in the appropriate forms and databases.

* Responsible for escalating the important calls where the customers query needs senior assistance.

*Process the customers orders service requests, applications and forms.

*Route the customers calls in the appropriate departments for further assistance.

*Prepare call logs by entering all the important information about the attended call.

*Maintaining call reports and following up the customers whenever required to assist them further with calls and also assist customers with specific queries.

*Help building customers interest in products and services that are offered by the organization.
