Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Inbound/outbound process solving queries of customers related to Retail banking.

Handling customer calls.

Customer care executives must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Analyzing customer data and communication to adjust customer care strategy

Building relationships with customer care team members to maximize team productivity

Monitoring customer and staff interactions

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills

Multi-tasking skills

Analytical skills

Process - Banking Voice Process

Working Window

Girls - 7 to 7 any shift.

Boys- any shift in 24 hr.

Rotational - Week off.

Salary

Fresher - 10,600/- take home and lac .

Experience -12,000/-take home and 2 lac .
