Responsibilities :
Communicate with client customers via call to help resolve the issues being faced
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
Should have the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
Should be able to answer calls from different types of customers.
Should be able to handle difficult customers effectively.
Should be able to provide the most accurate information to the customer

Work from home for maximum 1 month from India.
- Candidate should be ready to relocate to Dubai in 15 days to 1 months.
- Combination of English, Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam/Hindi is mandatory to speak.
- Minimum 10th Qualification is a must.
- Salary will be in Indian rupees (Salary : Max 35k based on candidate's experience and performance in the Interview).
- Stay, 3 times food, Cab facility/Travelling expenses will be taken care of by the company.
- VISA will be processed by the company with its expenses..
- Candidate should have passport, if it is not available, need to be applied immediately after receiving Offer Letter.
- 2 dosage of vaccination is a must.
