We are hiring freshers & Experienced candidates for Voice process for Customer care Executives and sales profile for Central Delhi Location, Karol bagh, Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria - Any Graduate, undergraduates, 12th, Any Diploma are eligible

Immediate Joiner Preferred.

AGE LIMIT – above 18 yrs. min

CTC UPTO 8k to 15k/- PLUS ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES (Depends upon your communication skill and interview performance)

Preference given to experienced candidates from BPO industry, nearby candidates. ( West, East, Central Delhi candidates)

Must have their own vehicle / conveyance.

· Preferably have good work experience in a customer service role in an international process.

· Possess the ability to resolve client queries and issues to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes

· Outbound Telesales & Up selling

· Be well organized with the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· An interest in and a desire to learn about achieving targets

· Prior sales experience and knowledge a major advantage

Must have Excellent Command Over English and should be comfortable for Australian shifts.
