We at Black Riders Production LLP, Head Office Located at MG Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi. Looking for Experienced FEMALE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE for INBOUND CALLS only such as to Take Care/ Handle / Solve customers queries, issues day to day basis related to services & products providing by company.

We are coming into new online ( mobile & web app based ) business venture, which would be complete online based application, so for this new business venture, we would be requiring multiple FEMALE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES who can handle INBOUND CALLS day to day basis, such as to Take Care / Solve customer queries & issues related to services and products providing by company.

Job Requirements:

● Experienced Customer Care Female Executive.

● Having at least 2-3years of Handling INBOUND CALLS of customers.

● Knowledgeable, English Fluent having Good Communication Skills.

● Handling INBOUND CALLS day to day basis, such as to Take Care / Solve customer queries & issues related to services and products providing by company.

Job Location :

Head Office, MG Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi.

Timings:

9am to ( Mon to Sat )
