Job Description

Required minimum 2 Years Experienced Female Customer Service Executive (No Sales Target).

Key Skills:

Must speak English / Hindi / Bengali fluently.

Pleasing personality

Listen to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses

Provide information about products and services

Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments

Review or make changes to customer requirements

Handle returns or complaints

Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions

Handle incoming and outgoing calls.

Should have confidence to promote Brand through calling and listing services.

Job Type Timing: am – 8 pm.
