Customer Care Executive

Job Description

Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied.

Speaking with customers via email, live chat, on the phone,

Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and being in charge of customer account details.

Following your company’s communication procedures and policies.

Utilizing technology to handle a high volume of calls.

Eligibility criteria:

- Must be a graduate from a recognized university.

- Minimum 6 months to 1+ years of Customer service experience.

- Fluent in English & Hindi Communication (mandatory).

- Willing to work from the office.

- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and a week off.

Package - As per current industry standards + Performance based incentives + Other allowances.
