Calling and listening to customer’s questions and concerns, and providing answers or responses (100 to 150 call need to do per day).

Provide information about products and services

Review or make changes to customer requirements

Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, Whatsapp, SMS, Birthday & Anniversary greetings

Handling Social Media Platform Facebook / Instagram /Google Review

Generate Reference through Customer Contact.

Should have confidence to promote Brand through calling and listing services.

Participate in Jewellery Exhibition, customer calling, DSR filled up, explain EMI schemes etc

Age: below 30 yrs.

CTC: INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month (CTC negotiable for the right candidate)
