We are looking for a competent Customer Support Executive to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative work of the company.
Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.
Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
6 months+ customer service or back office experience
Salary between 12 K to 20 K per Month (Depend on Interview)
