Position: Telecaller

Company: YES BANK

Salary: 16,000 to 18,000 in-hand + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Location: [Sakinaka Andheri East Mumbai ]

Job Requirements:

Education: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed.

Language Skills: Average English communication skills (spoken and written).

Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to customers as part of the YES BANK process.

Explain the banks products and services to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Provide accurate information to customers and resolve queries effectively.

Follow-up calls and updates on customer inquiries and concerns.

Maintain records of calls and customer information as required.

Achieve daily and weekly targets as set by the management.

Desired Skills:

Good communication skills in English (average proficiency).

Basic knowledge of customer service practices.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
