Hiring for Customer Care Executive

Company Location: Dilshad Garden, Delhi | 300 meters from Metro and walking distance

Company Work: Our client is a 925 Silver Jewellery E-commerce Brand that sells silver jewellery online on its own website and other marketplaces like Amazon, Facebook, Ajio, etc.

Office TIming:10:00-7:00[Monday to Saturday][Sunday Fixed off]

Job Responsibilities:

1. Confirm orders: Make outbound calls to customers to confirm their orders, ensuring accuracy and verifying relevant details.

2. Address customer queries: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns effectively through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.

3. Social media handling: Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms (., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

4. WhatsApp, SMS, email, and chat support: Respond to customer inquiries, order updates, and complaints through these communication channels, maintaining a friendly and helpful approach.

5. Courier management: Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely pickup, tracking, and delivery of orders. Resolve any delivery-related issues or discrepancies.

6. Order dispatch: Prepare and manage order dispatches, including accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

7. Problem-solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, working closely with other internal departments to provide appropriate solutions.

8. Maintain records: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated tools.
