Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, product information, billing questions, and general support issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
Minimum eligibility: Graduate in any discipline/Technical Profile (. BE/) considered with 6 months of customer service background experience.
