Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Care Executive (Female) who will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide complete service information.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback.

Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.

Coordinate with service teams and management to address customer concerns.

Achieve monthly call targets and service goals.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and listening skills (Tamil fluency required, English is an advantage).

Customer service-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Good computer and basic MS Office skills.

Friendly, polite, and problem-solving attitude.
