Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services. This role will be based in Mansarovar and Jhotwara.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions.
- Meet and exceed customer service performance goals and targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or undergraduate and graduate
- Proven customer service experience or relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn about the company's products and services.
- Familiarity with the Mansarovar and Jhotwara areas
