1) Maintain all the hard copy of the data and digital records of the ongoing executive projects

2) Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly managers meetings and other executive meetings.

3) Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management

4) Handle requests and queries appropriately. Take dictation and minutes.

5) Performing secretarial and administrative dues. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.

6) Observing best business practices and etiquette.

7) Devise and maintain office filing system

8) Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.

Any other Special Requirement (Technical Competencies and Behavioral Competencies):

1. Shall have experience in Retails or wholesale sector

2. Typing, Formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations

3. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders

● Knowledge of preparing Minutes of Meeting (MOM ), Presentations

● Ready to Work from Office -

● Knowledge of Travel Arrangements -

● Experience in handling administration and office support ( Typing, typing, dictation,

spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database)

● Knowledge of MS Office

● Knowledge of Scheduling meetings in the office as well as setting up meetings on zoom,

teams, google meet, etc. and being familiar with how to operate the same.
